A great success for the new previewed solutions
Berto’s 2025 began with the presentation of new solutions at Sigep, the great international showcase in Rimini where the best baking and confectionary art businesses of the world came together.
The new compact models of small-size ovens with great performances and technologies have expanded the Combi Ovens range and aroused great interest and enthusiastic appreciation.
The Cold Solutions line has also been enriched with the new Premium Efficiency Cabinet and Combo, Fish, Stop Leavening refrigerating cabinets that were specifically designed to meet the different and precise needs of food preservation for those who work in the various segments of the food industry.
The wide selection of new items is completed by the vacuum chamber machines of the Vacuum Solutions line, which is characterized by elegant design, advanced and high-performing technology and great ease of use as well as the possibility of being remotely controlled via wi-fi.
The wide Berto’s Hospitality Area was able to seize the opportunity to intercept the numerous visitors from 160 countries, making the 2025 edition of Sigep the most attended ever with an overall increase in attendance of 14% while foreign participation grew by as much as 26%.
A winning card was certainly the ever-active presence of Berto’s Corporate Chefs, who allowed guests to see the various tools for conservation, preparation and cooking in action in real time. Inviting fragrances, perfect consistencies and cooking, delicious flavours concretely demonstrated the excellent results in terms of quality that can be obtained, thanks to Berto’s solutions, thus encouraging dozens of buyers to deepen the discussion with the agents and sales managers.
