Evolution for facing the Revolution as protagonists

 

Revolution and Evolution are two words clearly connected to each other.

In addition of having a common semantic root, they also represent the new cornerstones of the hospitality industry; after the pandemic and the global energy inflation triggered by the war in Ukraine, this industry has been revolutionized forever and, consequently, every player (i.e. producers, restaurateurs and chefs) must now evolve in order to not remain stuck in old patterns that are no longer functional and successful.

Berto's has faced these challenges with enthusiasm, determination, and with the expertise gained in 50 years of experience in the industry; in the last two years, the Research & Development department has further encouraged the development of new projects, from increasingly customizable kitchens to solutions evolved for refrigeration, up to the new combi ovens.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the revolution is served" is the theme proposed by the curator Paolo Marchi, aware that the reference context has now already profoundly and irreparably changed and requires different solutions not only oriented towards the future, but already immersed in the present.

 

Once again, we will be honored and pleased to be the Main Sponsor of the event: the great chefs who take turns as protagonists in the various halls of the congress, between Master Classes and Cooking Shows, will have the opportunity to use Bertos tools and technologies.

In addition, the usual large and comfortable hospitality area won’t be missed, set up near the main conference hall where there will be a series of demonstrations and cooking sessions for guests to see in operation and evaluate the different products of our ever wider and more complete range.

The dimensions, characteristics and finishes of the various tools are available in several variations: there is no kitchen suitable for every restaurant or hotel, but every business and professional must have the possibility of creating the most complete and functional work environment on the basis to their spaces, priorities and ergonomic and aesthetic preferences.
