BRATT PANS

Made completely of an AISI 304 steel tank with a 80 L capacity, the tilting pans allow different types of cooking: it is possible to braise, brown, grill and cook directly on the bottom of the tank. Its high thickness distributes heat evenly over the entire surface to guarantee uniform cooking and energy saving.
The water load tap on the back side of the top and the rounded shape of the tank, that can be overturned manually, make it easy to be cleaned.
The motorised tilting mechanism around the front axis makes them extremely easy to use, clean and maintain.
