BRATT PANS
The bratt pans allow different types of cooking: it is possible to braise, brown, grill and cook directly on the bottom of the tank.
The tilting bratt pans have a tank completely made of 304 AISI steel with 60 L capacity.
The tank high thickness distributes heat evenly over the entire surface to guarantee uniform cooking and energy saving. The rounded shape of the tank, that can be overturned manually, makes it easy to be cleaned.
