The AISI 316 steel tank is highly resistant to salt and sauce corrosion and can be even used by inserting large baskets for cooking large amounts of vegetables. Cleaning and maintenance are easy, thanks to the rounded edges and the draining tap that can be removed easily. Any small residuals flow through the hole on the top.
