INFRARED AND INDUCTION COOKERS
The infrared and induction cookers have a perfectly smooth surface and guarantee fast cleaning with no need to use strong detergents. In just a few seconds the infrared cookers reach 500 °C, and have a signal light on the top that shows the residual heat up to 60 °C. Energy savings are guaranteed in the induction cookers as the maximum temperature is immediately reached in the cooking containers even though the top remains cold. There is no heat dispersion so total energy efficiency is guaranteed.
