GAS FRYERS

Available in 2 versions, with power ranging from 6,6 kW to 13,2 kW. Mechanical controls allow a precise adjustment of temperature, which is detected directly in the basin by a thermal probe. Single or double basins from 8 L are completely rounded and pressed and allow the operator to maintain the maximum hygiene and be safe and comfortable while working. Direct high efficiency and undirected heat technology guarantees a very quick recovery time and a heat distribution over a large surface prevents oil from being damaged by excessive temperatures.
