Palazzetto My Venice is a Boutique Hotel & Restaurant born from the splendid redevelopment of a 16th century building, in which the noble original charm of the structure has been kept intact and enhanced in the refined choice of materials, colours, finishes and details. The only ten rooms of this authentic Venetian jewel, a few steps from the Grand Canal, allow guests to continue inside the rooms and common areas the immersive experience in the unique and unmistakable magic that only the historic centre of this city can offer.
The same atmosphere can be felt in the restaurant, also open to external customers, whose furnishings are characterized by an elegant combination of warm wood tones and blue that recalls the sea; the menu enhances the flavours and traditional products of the Venetian land, but also combines them with some tantalizing international touches.
The solutions and technical equipment perfectly adopted in the kitchen fit this first-class venue. Chefs can count on the high performance of an S700 island that has allowed them to make the most of the available space, making it possible to manage multiple recipes and processes at the same time. For the same purpose, the kitchen has been equipped with refrigerated cabinets and a column, including an oven and blast chiller, that guarantee both the safety and quality of food as well as the optimization of timing and energy consumption, so as to have a minimal impact on the delicate balance between nature and human activities, which has one of the most significant historical examples in the city of Venice.
