Cook & Chill sessions are scheduled to highlight the potential of using the new combination ovens and blast chillers together: our chef will demonstrate how, thanks to the advanced Made in Berto’s technologies, it is extremely easy to cook any dish at the optimal temperature, then transfer it to the blast chiller and immediately reach the ideal storage conditions, preserving the quality and organoleptic characteristics of the food, while also optimizing energy consumption.
