Single, independent grates made of enameled cast iron able to withstand thermal and mechanical stress. The ovens are made of stainless steel and come in a gas or electric version, static or with convection.

Thanks to their full and rounded design, the cast iron grates create a unique worktop where it is possible to move pans easily. The 12 kW, 7 kW and 3.5 kW burners made of nickel-plated cast iron with a high thickness are guaranteed for life. High energy efficiency allows a gas savings of at least 30% per iron as compared with traditional burners. The cooking top with rounded edges is completely removable so that maintenance and clearing can be carried out easily and efficiently.
