GAS FRYERS
All versions are equipped with mechanical controls so that the temperature can be precisely adjusted also thanks to the temperature detection directly in the tank.
The fryers with 15, 18 and 20 L tanks are equipped also with new Bflex electronic control that makes the selection of parameters even more precise.
The single and double tanks from 7 to 20 L are completely rounded and pressed and allow the operator to maintain the maximum hygiene and be safe and comfortable while working.
High efficiency direct and indirect heat technology guarantee a very quick recovery time and the heat distribution over a large surface prevents oil from being damaged by excessive temperatures.
