ELECTRIC FRYERS

All versions are equipped with mechanical controls so that the temperature can be precisely adjusted also thanks to the temperature detection directly in the tank.
The fryers with 18L tanks are equipped also with new Bflex electronic control that makes the selection of parameters even more precise.
The single and double tanks from 10 to 18 L are completely rounded and pressed which allow the operator to maintain the maximum hygiene and to be safe and comfortable whilst working. High efficiency direct heat technology guarantees a very quick recovery time and the heat distribution over a large surface prevents oil from being damaged by excessive temperatures.
