Rimini is preparing to welcome the most important global businesses in the confectionery industry for the 2024 edition of Sigep, the fair that will open its doors on Saturday 20th January and will continue until Wednesday 24th, allowing us to take stock of the latest news relevant to raw materials and ingredients, machinery and equipment, but also furniture, packaging and services.
An unmissable event for Berto's, which, in recent years, has developed very innovative and efficient solutions in two fundamental segments for those who professionally deal with pastry and bread making: ovens and refrigeration.
So, at the Paduan company's stand (Hall D2, stand 022) the great protagonists will be the ovens of the Combi Ovens line and the Cold Solutions, with refrigerated cabinets and counters and refrigerated bases. Both of Berto’s ranges will present some important innovations at Sigep: the offer of the Combi Ovens will be doubled as each of the models produced so far with electric power will now also be available in the gas version; and, as concerns the Cold Solutions, the new line of multifunction blast chillers with touch display will make its official debut.
The Berto's ovens will be operational during all the days of the Rimini Fair: the chef will bake delicacies in front of the guests, allowing them to personally evaluate the characteristics and functionality of the Combi Ovens by tasting the quality of the various preparations.
The perfect synergy between convection and steam of these combined ovens achieves the ideal balance between softness, crunchiness, humidity and fragrance, with the possibility of selecting the parameters of each specific preparation directly from the recipe book with a single touch on the display. It is thus possible to instantly activate any of the recipes already prepared by Berto's chefs, but obviously each pastry chef or baker will be able to define and pre-set the temperatures, functionality and duration of the preparations in a personalized way, in order to always perfectly replicate their most popular recipes.
The same simplicity and intuitiveness of use characterize the touch display of the new multifunction blast chillers, which quickly lower the temperature at the core of the ingredients or freshly cooked foods, thus preserving their integrity and organoleptic characteristics so that they can be transferred to the refrigerator or freezer for storage.
In addition to the Combi Ovens and Cold Solutions, in Rimini, it will be possible to see a customized LaCucina monoblock and an S700 kitchen: design, ergonomics and technology at the service of chefs every day to let them achieve the best results.
